Final 3 - Group Exercise (Building the Car)

Here I am partaking in a group exercise where we built as house, a garage, and a pool/pool house.  I was in charge of building the car for garage portion.  As seen above, i used various shapes and resized and repositioned them to create a 3d car graphic.

Class 9 Homework - Creating the Shuttle

For the exercise, we were supposed to create the NASA shuttle.  To do this, I used to cylinder, hemisphere and prism tool.  By greatly modifying the width of each shape, I was able to create wing like structures and an area for the passengers.

Final 2 - Creating the Rocket

In this exercise, we were supposed to create rocket using various shapes and objects.  To do this, I used the cone, cylinder, and slanted ring.  I formed the rocket by orienting the shapes positions and modifying their proportions and colors.

Class 9 Homework - Creating the Spacesuit

In this exercise, we were supposed to create the NASA space suit (Apollo A7L) in RocketWorld EMMS.  To do this, I used various shapes including sphere, hemisphere, cylinder, half cylinder, and ring.  By modifying the characteristics of these shapes (such as length-width-height, position, and rotation), I was able to orient them within space to create a solid figure.  Furthermore, I could change the colors and textures of the shapes to create a more realistic space suit.

Final 1 - Powerbullet

Here I have taken screen shots and given them captions using GIMPshop.  These screen shots were taken in Rocket world and were for the class Discovering Computer Graphics - an immersive education class at Boston College.  These screenshots were put into PowerBullet and were used to create an .swf file.
