Creating MIDTERM 3

I began by downloading the ball.tif file to my pictures.  I then opened it in Gimp and wrote my name using the pen tool

Here I am saving the file as a .gif file using the save as command and selecting .gif as the file extension.  I was also sure to check interlaced.

Here I am saving the file as a .jpg using the same steps above (however determining the quality for jpeg vs. using interlaced for gif)
