Above is a picture of two 3D graphics. One is colored in plain coloring (image 1), while the other is colored using textures. The image with textures looks more realistic and clearer. Image 1, although resembling a tank, does not look realistic for it is colored using plain and vibrant colors. Image 2 is an example of a texture map.
